Merryl uses tailored evidence-based psychological treatment: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a range of focused psychological strategies. She offers compassionate, non-judgemental space to actively support and explore a wide range of life events and experiences.
For the past 10 years at this practice, she has worked mainly with people experiencing Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Loss and Grief.
